In this pivotal role, you will leverage your experience in valuation or property management to impact all facets of property acquisitions and advisory services. Your background in a corporate property environment will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in meeting client needs
• Scope and select sites
• Research and engage with property owners
• Negotiate commercial terms
• Liaise with third parties, including Councils
• Compile formal written advice and presentations
• Attend and present at client meetings

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in corporate property
• Tertiary qualifications in property and/or valuation
• Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of work under tight deadlines
• Exceptional customer focus
• Proficient in preparing well-written reports
• Personable and professional demeanor
