Site/ Camp administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to manage the administrative operations of their vibrant campsite in Clark Creek (2-hour drive from both Mackay and Rockhampton).Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Mastery: Handle all administrative tasks efficiently, including managing bookings, handling inquiries, and maintaining records. Your organizational skills will be crucial in keeping everything running smoothly
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for camp activities and events. From equipment rentals to transportation arrangements, your attention to detail will ensure seamless operations
• Safety First: Prioritize the safety and well-being of campers and staff. Always ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures
• Team Support: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure all aspects of camp life are coordinated effectively. Your teamwork skills will contribute to a positive and inclusive camp environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in site / camp administration is preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on a 2/1 roster, either on a DIDO or FIFO basis.
