Address JDK Geotech (JDK) is seeking several new staff for an established technical services project team. We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive engineers with experience in the civil construction and infrastructure industries.
The candidates will form part of an established team working in conjunction with our government and Tier 1 clients to deliver technical advice over several large-scale (> $100M) projects.

Key Responsibilities
You will lead and help to grow a team of highly motivated staff with varying technical expertise.
You will manage key aspects of construction phase services (CPS) delivery, project initiation and change management processes of existing projects.
Manage the work, performance and relationships of subcontractors to achieve project value aligned with our internal and clients' expectations.
Demonstrate organisational management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions related to subcontractors
Coordinate construction engineering activities to meet specifications and exceed planned schedules.
Assist with preparing and reviewing the project schedule and budget forecast.
Document and record management, progress and project performance reporting compliance reporting.
Your Background
A relevant Tertiary Degree and/or qualification is essential.
Previous site experience in an engineering capacity with knowledge of construction or project management delivery.
Experience with design interpretation, and report documentation, demonstrated capability to communicate and build relationships with clients and sub-contractors.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver those ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
Must be willing to have fun at work!
Any experience working on transportation projects including roads, rail and tunnels is a bonus
