Your new role
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Installer / Cabinet Maker to complete tasks such as:
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to install cabinetry and joinery efficiently and accuratelyUndertake full residential installations, including kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, bathrooms, vanities etc90% installation-based role, with 10% factory requirements, assisting with the manufacture of cabinetry and joinery, using edge banders, panel saws, cnc machinery etcConduct quality control checks to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and ensure customer satisfaction Effective communication and liaising with team to communicate progress, address concerns and ensure project requirements are metWhat you'll need to succeed The below skills are required to ensure you are able to maintain the expectations of the role:
Cert III in Cabinet Making or Carpentry/Joinery or Shopfitting and Construction White CardAbility to read and interpret plansHigh proficiency with hand and power tools – plus a full set of your ownReliable transport and a manual driving licenceProven industry experience and ability to provide two working referencesStrong attention to detailTeam player with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced role with a problem-solving mindsetCan do attitude, motivation to learn and a great work ethicWhat you'll get in return In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package with the potential for growth, as well as the following:
