Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Site Manager / Foreman to join our dynamic team, to bring to fruition a series of prestigious projects throughout the Northern Beaches, Central Coast and Sydney. We build unique homes to the highest standard, and as a crucial member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring these standards are consistently met. With strong management support and access to comprehensive construction programs and estimates, and experience in in-house earthmoving and materials handling, you'll be managing projects ranging in scale from $500k to 10M+.

Your Core Responsibilities:
- Interpret architectural and structural plans with precision.
- Execute and manage project timelines meticulously.
- Leverage project management software to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Adhere to budgetary guidelines, proactively communicating any scope changes.
- Foster strong collaboration with our office team to streamline trade procurement and problem-solving.
- Navigate through statutory requirements with ease.
- Maintain the critical path, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Master complex construction detailing and project sequencing.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, enriching their professional journey.
- Uphold a positive, solution-oriented mindset throughout the project lifecycle.
What Makes You Ideal for the Role:
- A solid foundation of 5+ years in a Site Manager / Foreman role within the Residential Construction sector.
- In-depth understanding of construction techniques, materials, and legal regulations.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
- A history of successfully managing site-based teams and client interactions.
- Possession of a valid White Card and a current driver’s license.
- Experience with Procore is advantageous.
- Current boat / truck / excavator / crane experience or operation is advantageous.
