Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to join thier prestigious high-end residential property development team in Sydney. As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of luxury housing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall development objectives.
  Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to project plans as needed.

Site Organization:

• Implement efficient site layouts and workflows to optimize productivity. Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment placement, and waste management.
  Maintain a safe and organized working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of construction professionals. Foster a collaborative and positive work culture, promoting teamwork and accountability.

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. Monitor and manage construction materials, equipment, and labor resources.
