Your Qualifications:
· Proven track record as a Site Manager within a substantial construction company, overseeing complex projects from start to finish.
· Expertise in coordinating and supervising site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
· Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams.
· Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle unexpected challenges with professionalism.
· A passion for quality craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
· Solid knowledge of Construction Processes, Workplace Health & Safety regulations, and National Construction Codes.
· QBCC Supervisors Licence
· Drivers licence & white card
· Trade background preferred.
· First Aid certificate preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
· Responsible for the day to day running of onsite works
· Directing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed within program
· Have great communication skills with all stakeholders including subcontractors, clients and Building Group personnel
· Ensure quality of work is upheld with high attention to detail
· Be self motivated with the ability to work independently
· Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
· Completing relevant safety documentation and reinforcing safety expectations to all workers onsite
