Who You'll Work For

This major home builder has been an institution in the NSW market for more than 50 years, and constantly winning awards for beautiful, functional and affordable homes.

Work within the affordable homes division; simple builds with no changes - build times of 16 weeks

Taking over from an excellent supervisor, the jobs are all running on time with happy clients.

Also known for hiring promising talent and growing quickly within the business.

Support and guidance from an extremely good Construction Manager, with a local main office of support staff.

The role

• Work in the Newcastle area; jobs are in the Maitland area
• Manage around 15 new homes currently - will never go more than 20
• Homes range from $200k - $350k
• The role is Monday to Friday, and you will have a company vehicle, phone and tablet.
• No work on the tools required, manage trades and suppliers
• Strong office support from an experienced customer service team and estimators

What You Need

• Carpentry with Cert IV in Building
• A strong trade base of your own is essential
• Experience building multiple residential homes
• 5-10 years carpentry experience in the residential industry
• Good understanding of how to use a computer/ tablet
• Customer service is a big part of the role, so a friendly disposition and patience for customer enquiries is essential.
• Drivers license
• Immediate start available
