What you will be working on
Reporting to the Waste & Water Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the daily supervision and scheduling of assets and workers on site to ensure quality standards are achieved safely. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead NWMC waste and water projects by delegating responsibilities, discussing any questions or concerns, providing feedback and directing crews and subcontractors as required ensuring the works are completed on schedule and on budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identifying potential growth opportunities for NWMC and the waste department.
- Preparation of quotations including labour, materials, government tracking forms and any other expenses ensuring at all lead times are considered and clients are communicated correct timeframes.
