AddressSite Supervisor
Are you a driven and experienced Site Supervisor looking for an exciting opportunity to work on home and land, as well as townhouse construction projects in the dynamic city of Sydney and Greater Sydney,NSW? We are highly established volume home building company and due to continued growth are looking to hire an experienced home building construction supervisor to join our young and energetic team and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality residential developments. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 15 - 18 new single and double story homes in construction concurrently.
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Implement and enforce safety and compliance protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and project progress reviews.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Resolve on-site issues and challenges promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to achieve project goals.
- Reporting to management on a regular basis, regarding onsite activity.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Construction-related certification or diploma is a plus.
- Current construction White Card and other relevant certifications.
- A valid driver's license.
Carpenter
The right applicant for this role will be on the tools and will be working with a team of Carpenters.
You will be reporting into a Site Manager who is always on hand to support you with any tasks.
To succeed in this position you will take pride in what you deliver and have excellent communication skills
This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to commit to Sydney for 2 years minimum looking for stability for yourself and your family.

- Proven experience as a carpenter.
- Relevant trade qualification.
- NSW Construction Induction (White Card) preferable.
- All your own tools and transport.
- PPE.
- A positive can do attitude.

Painter

What you must have:
- Proven experience as a painter.
- Relevant trade qualification.
Responsibilities include:
- Have an understanding of surface preparation and finishes
- Be able to understand and complete works to specifications
- Be able to mix to correct ratio two part paint coatings etc.
- Have understanding of the use of Wet Film Thickness Gauges
- Be able to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Erecting scaffolding and ladders
- Cleaning equipment and work areas
- Applying paints, varnishes and stains to surfaces using brushes and sprays
