Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site/Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Altona VIC Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner, while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. As a key member of a high- performing team, you will play an important role in implementing the client project requirements as our Full Time Site/Branch Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all site activities, including manage stock layout, traffic plans, and maintain a clean site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate logistics for the region including truck/driver allocation and liaising with clients.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, and control product delivery as required.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Manage staff, conducting daily toolbox talks, inductions, hazard & incident reporting.
• Ensure that all site documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Inventory Management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Site/Branch management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Must hold a current Forklift License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and CoR
• IT Savvy Advantageous.
