Site/Project Administrator

Liberty Industrial is currently undertaking Australia's largest demolition project in Gove and is seeking a professional administrator to join us as a Site/Project Administrator. The position presents an opportunity to be involved with an exciting, long term project in a flexible and supportive work environment.

Please note - Accommodation and flights are not included in this package. Due to the remote project location, we are seeking candidates in Nhulunbuy or surrounding areas who will join us on a Monday-Friday basis, 50 hours per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Booking flights for the Liberty Industrial site team;
• Liaising with the client to book and confirm accommodation;
• Organising personnel onboarding and submission of documentation to the client;
• Assisting the Site Supervisors and Management team as required;
• Document control;
• Assisting with maintaining plant and equipment maintenance records; and
• General administration and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements for the role:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills;
• Accurate and attentive to detail;
• A good organiser;
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

The successful candidate must undergo full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and Federal Police Check prior to employment.
