Job Details

• Pay: $33/hr - $36/hr + Penalties + Daily Travel and Meal allowances
• Location: North Brisbane area and Sunshine Coast
• Probation period that leads into a potential full-time permanent position
• Offering chances to upskill and build upon your experience to get you where you want to go
• Day shifts from 6:30am starts working 8 to 12 hours Daily
• Projects include; Sub-divisions, roadworks (repairs & upgrades), commercial sites, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing As a civil labourer, you’ll be:

• Spotting heavy machinery for load outs
• Moving earth and trenching for services
• Machine spotting whilst they dig for live services
• Assisting tradesmen with their duties (Electrical, concreting and plumbing)
• Digging footings for concrete foundations
• Trenching and backfilling for live services
• Road widening and backfilling for live services such as conduits and stormwater
• Performing trench and shovel work
• Operating heavy earthmoving machinery (If ticketed)

What We’re Looking For To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in civil construction
• Any Earth moving tickets (Highly regarded)
• Construction White Card (Must)
• Your own PPE and reliable transport, and a valid driver’s license
