As our project pipeline continues to grow, we're seeking proactive individuals to join our QLD construction team as a Structural Landscaper / Skilled Labourer.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Installation of park and playspace infrastructure, installation of playspace surfacing (both organic and synthetic), installation of concrete paths, edging and slabs, installation of retaining walls and drainage systems, general landscaping and labouring, maintain detailed information regarding project works, detailed earthworks set out and supervision, monitor and control on-site safety. In addition, this role requires you to be able to travel from time to time (QLD and Northern NSW only).
IDEAL REQUIREMENTS
- A positive and can do attitude
- Bring industry expertise in hard and soft landscape construction and labouring, or a related field
- Competent with site layout, site mark out and establishing levels
- Ideally possess proficiency in reading and interpreting construction/site plans
- Read and interpret construction / site plans and contour plans
- Must be eligible for, or hold a current Blue Card
You must be respectful, polite, have good communication skills, be reliable and punctual and able to work well within a team environment and independently.
This is very much a hands-on role and you will ideally have a landscape construction or carpentry background.
