Skilled Pick Packer

Overview of the Position: We are looking to add an experienced Pick Packer to our team at the warehouse. Excellent organizational abilities, a strong work ethic, and a sharp eye for detail are characteristics of the perfect candidate. In order to fulfill customer orders, you, as a Pick Packer, will be essential in precisely and quickly choosing products from our inventory.

Accountabilities:Pick products from the shelves quickly in accordance with customer orders, always paying attention to detail and correctness.Picking lists, portable electronics, and other instruments can be used to find and get products out of certain areas in the warehouse.When packing certain things for shipping, make sure to pack them safely and securely to prevent damage during transportation.Verify the selected and packaged items' quality to make sure they live up to our high standards.Help with inventory management responsibilities, including cycle counts, replenishing shelves, and reporting inconsistencies.Work together with other departments and team members to fulfill daily goals and keep the workflow efficient.To guarantee that you and your coworkers are working in a safe atmosphere, adhere to all safety rules and procedures.Conditions:a track record of success in a warehouse environment as a Pick Packer or in a capacity similar.exceptional precision and ability to pay attention to details in a hectic setting.Strong physical endurance and the capacity to lift and carry large objects when necessary.exceptional time-management and organizing abilities.knowledge of warehouse processes and equipment, including how to operate a forklift (if applicable).the capacity to function well both individually and in a group.Proficiency with inventory management systems and rudimentary computer abilities are preferred.devotion to corporate standards and processes as well as commitment to worker safety.
