- Lead diverse tours, enriching each journey with energy and enthusiasm, ensuring memorable experiences for all onboard.
- Engage and inspire guests with stories and knowledge, making every cruise interactive and enjoyable.
- Participate in the operational and maintenance activities of our fleet, ensuring smooth sailing and upkeep.
We’re Casting Our Nets for:
- A Master 5 or Coxswain certified mariner with all the necessary qualifications for vessel operation and management.
- A charismatic communicator and engaging storyteller, adept at captivating an audience.
- An individual with a keen eye for detail, prioritising safety and superior customer service.
- A team player, ready to immerse in various operational facets, from guiding tours to maintenance endeavors.
- Someone with a passion for the ocean and crafting unforgettable experiences.

Working Hours:
- Be prepared for a dynamic schedule, with weekly hours fluctuating between 16 to 30, based on operational needs and seasonality.
