We are currently seeking a full time Slot Attendant Shift Manager to ensure efficient running of the day to day operations of the Slot machined and NT Keno achieved through the supervision and interaction of staff associated. A particular emphasis is placed on the security and integrity of department operations and the delivery of exceptional service ensuring that a fun and entertaining experience is delivered to guests.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Monitoring Cash discrepancies, TV's, cleanliness and maintenance of the area
- Undertake corrective action in situations which could hinder the efficiency of the department.
- Staff Direction, Coaching and Development
- Develop and monitor appropriate office administration to ensure the efficient running of the department
- Assisting guests with queries or problems that may arise
- Assist in implementing promotions and activities
- Ensure guest security by maintaining machine integrity and notifying of any suspicious activity
ABOUT YOU:
- Proven experience in delivering and maintaining superior customer service standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with high profile guests and recognise return guests
- Knowledge of Electronic Gaming Machines and Government procedures
- Managerial and Leadership skills
- Previous cash handling experience
- Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster
This position is subject to the approval of a Casino Operatives License, which involves a criminal and financial history check with an associated cost of approximately $300.00.
