About the Position
The Small and Medium Fleet Department Manager is responsible for client management of the SMB client portfolio and maximizing sales opportunities through ORIX's traditional (1-5 vehicles) and digital (VOOM) sales channels. A key aspect of the role is implementing processes and systems to improve business efficiency, allow customers to self-serve, and to enable scaling of the business.

- Proven track record in managing a team of account managers to deliver exceptional customer service and portfolio growth.
- Proven track record in selling, leasing and lending products to new customers.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a background in financial solutions, asset finance fleet management or mobility.
- Ability to scope, design and implement internal processes to improve business efficiency.
- Ability to scope, design and implement communications, artefacts, and systems empowering customers to self-serve.
What you will be required to do
- Lead and develop the SMB account managers to be effective sellers of ORIX products and provide exceptional customer service to ORIX clients
- Day to day management of the SMB Account managers to deliver exceptional customer service and portfolio growth.
- Sales management of the Account Manager team to close new business leads from the VOOM platform and micro business leads (1-5 vehicles) from the Referral or Traditional business channels
- Develop and implement systems and processes to automate lead management and the serving of SMB clients
- Define customer journeys, automate touch points and communications with Salesforce
- Onboard and manage customers referred from referral partners and support referral partners in managing ORIX clients
- Develop systems, communications, and other artefacts example. self-help videos, to empower customers to self-serve.
- Work with cross functional business teams to develop strategic solutions, marketing and education narrative and commercial pricing submissions.
- Work with Asset Risk and Credit Risk teams to ensure new partners and end-user customers satisfy ORIX's financial requirements
