About the Position: Smallgoods Maker
Are you a culinary enthusiast with a knack for perfecting the art of smallgoods making? Mondo D'Oro is seeking a skilled Smallgoods Maker to join our dedicated team. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in our production process, ensuring the creation of our signature products that have earned us a reputation for excellence. As a Smallgoods Maker at Mondo D'Oro, you will:
Key Responsibilities:

• Smallgoods Production: Execute the production of a variety of smallgoods, including sausages, cured meats, and specialty products, while adhering to our recipes and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process by consistently monitoring and inspecting the smallgoods for taste, texture, and appearance.
• Sanitation and Safety: Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure the cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our team of skilled artisans to contribute to product development and innovation, sharing your expertise and ideas.

Salary:
The salary for this position ranges from $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually, depending on your experience and expertise in smallgoods production.
Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in smallgoods making, including sausage and cured meat production.
