YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an outstanding Smart Communication Developer to join our Technology & Operations Platform Services team.
As a part of your role, you will be responsible for improving the coding and source code development standards. You will also design and develop clean, understandable, maintainable, and extensible code. Additionally, you will be involved in designing, developing, testing, and debugging Smart Communications-based applications, while clearly understanding the specific activities needed to design and deliver a solid, robust application using the agile methodology.
This is a full-time, permanent role that is open for Sydney/ Melbourne/ Brisbane / Auckland locations and involves a hybrid work model.
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a Smart Communication Developer, with excellent collaboration skills, a knack for innovation, and a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the following experience:
- Mid-level experience (typically 3-5 years) in a relevant position showcasing progressive responsibility and growth in Java development, document management, and CCM.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with CCM tools such as Smart Communications, OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, or similar platforms.
- Ability to develop and manage personalized customer communications across various channels (email, print, & mobile) using CCM tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in Java programming language, including proficiency in core Java concepts, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles, (desirable)
- Knowledge of template design, document composition, and integration with CRM or other systems for personalized customer interactions.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions in Java, document management, and CCM domains.
