Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division. We are looking for a Mechanical Work Pack Preparer to join our Energy division. This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Technician looking to move in to a Perth based role. Full SAP training will be provided.
This role is a Perth based opportunity working Monday - Friday, 8 hour days with flexible start and finish times. You will be required to travel to site throughout the year as per operational requirements. Attractive site uplift on offer.

Role responsibilities:
- Development and coordination of Mechanical work packs, resource estimations and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution
- Coordinating maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans
- Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement
- Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP
- Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to offshore maintenance requirements
- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
- Assisting in the identification of risk and development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies
- Reporting activity status (Schedule management)

What you will bring:
- Mechanical Trade or Mechanical Engineering background
- Proven experience within the oil and gas or refinery industries preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system - full training provided.
- Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
