AddressOur Snow Makers and Groomer work alongside each other to ensure our slopes reach their maximum potential. Working mostly throughout the night our Snow Makers/Groomers are constantly monitoring the snow conditions, and with the aid of our snow factories and snow guns will provide mother nature with a bit of assistance when she can't provide enough snow! Then it is up to our skilled Groomers who will operate 2020 prinoth husky & 2010 prinoth bison to smooth out the snow ready for guests to enjoy the following day!
As a snow maker you will be working outdoors so to keep you warm on those cold dark nights, we will kit you out with toasty warm snow pants, a jacket, and boots for the season!
The advantage of working nights means you’ll have the days to enjoy the resort activities such as skiing/snowboarding, Tank Hill terrain Park, tobogganing and snowshoeing.
Nestled only 2.5 hours from the heart of Melbourne, Mt Baw Baw is Melbourne’s closest downhill ski, snowboard, toboggan, and snow play resort....'make tracks' this winter for a unique employment opportunity.

- Snow Groomer - 1+ years experience
- Snow Groomer - Heavy Rigid Licence
- Snow Groomer - Experience working with heavy machinery
- Snow Maker - Previous experience will gain you 'brownie points' but is not essential!
- Snow Maker -Training provided
- Laser sharp attention to detail attention to detail and safety consciousness at all times
- A LOVE of the outdoors, including the rain, hail, and shine (and obviously SNOW)
- Available to work night, weekends and school holidays.
- Available from May/June to the start of October 2024.
