Fulltime position located at TLR's Head Office, role includes Trades & Engineering Tech resourcing, employee management & Branch Supervision.

The Role
This is a fulltime career opportunity for the right person located at TLR Contracting’s Head Office in Scoresby. This Snr RecruiterBranch Supervisor position who is responsible for all Trades and Engineering Technical resourcing in VIC and TLR field employee management including.
Branch / Business unit performance as well as SHEQ and Project support activities when required.

The role is to lead and mentoring others within the current team to increasing delivery performance, drive proactive Safety performance and Service delivery cultures supported by our WHS and Snr management.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage all Branch Employee attraction, recruitment and employee processes to ensure a professional experience for all applicants and employees and meet the needs of the TLR business
  • Vetting and Writing, posting, and the managing of job advertisements and scope of work documents
  • Provide a lead role in screening of Trades and Technical applicants against both internal and external resource planning requirements
  • Conducting telephone pre-screen interviews
  • Lead and conducting face to face Interviews of shortlisted applicants and complete sound reference checks
  • Scheduling interviews and follow interview guides and workflow processes
  • Resource management including leading and coordinating others to facilitate delivery of additional resources to meet with our client and business requirements using cloud-based technology
  • Accountable to manage the Branch in a ISO accreditation and systems compliance
  • Ensuring a Zero harm culture is achieved and communication
  • Working with VIC and SA Sales to achieve sales growth and safety outcomes.
Attributes, Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum Cert III qualifications or Post Graduate Engineer or HR
  • Minimum 2 Years experience in recruitment or project management is required.
  • Ability to multi-task and to manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational & planning skills
  • Outstanding customer service and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess risk associated with OH&S and employee safety
  • Previous experience working within a QA environment
  • An understanding of Award/EBA structure would be highly regarded
  • High level of computer literacy in essential
  • Enjoy a laugh and working in a friendly fast-paced environment
