Arthur Murray® Hornsby is looking for a Latin & Ballroom Dance instructor to join our team of talented and friendly professionals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality dance instruction to adult students of all levels and backgrounds, as well as participating in studio events and competitions.

Qualifications and Experience
- Dance experience preferred but not necessary - paid training provided;
- Friendly and professional service person;
- Self-motivated to train and practice;
- Eager to learn and grow - you must have a strong work ethic and a desire to develop your career as a Dance instructor;
- Willing to commit to 12-month employment.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Private dance instruction with adult students;
- Creating lesson plans to meet student's specific goals;
- Teaching group classes;
- Participation in studio social events, showcases, planning activities & performances;
- Undertaking organisational and administrative duties associated with the teaching responsibilities of the job;

Job Type: Full-time
Training Period: About 3 months of initial training, during which you may be required to work in the morning/daytime hours.
Regular Hours: After the training period, evening hours required, Saturdays - by agreement.
Pay: $24 - $30 per hour base (depends on the relevant experience) + commission & incentives + super
