Next Level Racing®, a leader in the world of simulation for racing and flight games, is seeking a Social Media Community Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Since 2009, we have been at the forefront of simulation technology, consistently innovating and expanding our product offerings. Our products are available in over 54 countries, and we collaborate with top-tier brands like Boeing, SONY, and iRacing, making us a staple in the simulation and esports communities.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and enhance online partnerships, aligning with our global branding and strategic goals.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments and queries promptly, ensuring a seamless communication flow via email and other communication channels.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on community feedback and online reviews.
  • Work closely with our Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Create engaging content and collaborate on Social Media initiatives to maximize reach and interaction.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital technology trends to keep our community engaged and informed.
  • Cultivate relationships with influencers, organizations, content creators, and key media personnel to expand our community outreach.
  • Report directly to the Head of Brand, providing detailed data analysis to shape future Social Media campaigns.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A driven individual with at least 3+ years of experience as a Community Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and manage community initiatives such as online forums, event series, and targeted newsletters.
  • A keen eye for tracking and interpreting relevant community metrics like social engagements.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience with Social Media management tools and understanding of website traffic and customer engagement analytics.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to achieving excellent results.
