Our client is one of the oldest family-owned skincare companies in the world & they're looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to join their team.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the main responsibilities include the following:
- Manage the organic Social Media content calendars across Brand, Salons, E-commerce, Franchise and College
- Build and nurture the online community, drive industry relevance, foster customer engagement and brand loyalty
- Manage Social Media and PR briefs, including targeting, budgeting, and monitoring performance
- Analyse and report on the performance of content and Social Media initiatives, using data to make informed decisions and improvements
- Keep up to date with industry developments and trends
- Write relevant blogs/EDMs to enhance the Social Media content
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 yrs Social Media management experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty/retail/fashion sector
- Proven success of driving growth via organic social digital platforms including: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, SnapChat, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels
- A polished style to influence visual imagery and copy
- Strong copy writing and communication skills
- Must be able to collaborate and be skilled in briefing internal and external stakeholders
- You must be confident in front of the camera
- Proficient systems skillset (MSOffice, Content Editing Tools, GA4)
