AddressContour Personnel are a leading HR and executive search agency based in Australia and we are partnering with our client, a global technology innovation company specializing in software products services with over 30 years international experience. They are currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer with extensive exposure in identity and access management (IAM) to be based from their Sydney based offices.
Your main duties & responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture design for IAM solution for customers
- Identify the scope of development and prepared a comprehensive design plan for the enhancement of the Identity and Access Management application
- Review functional and non-functional requirements, apply architecture acceptance criteria and produce artifacts describing the logical and physical design of solution scaled for the enterprise
- Acting as a technical leader of the IAM team
- Participating in IAM strategy development, implementation for end client
- Designing and implementing IAM solutions (for example SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, Forefront Identity Manager)
- Designing safeguards and controls to manage technology risks
- Advising in the areas of architecture, design, and implementation
- Participating in design and implementation of Zero Trust, Risk-Based Authentication
- Building and developing growth strategy of the IAM team
- Being a mentor for less experienced colleagues
- Extensive (12+) years of experience in IT industry with minimum 8 years in identity and access management (IAM)
- Strong experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions using various products such as Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint , Saviynt, Forefront Identity Manager
- Hands on experience on integration of various identity and access management products with different target systems such as Azure AD, O365, Active Directory, JDBC applications, REST and SOAP based applications
- Experience in designing Identity Governance solutions in respect to User Access Reviews (UAR) and Role Based Access control in large and complex organizations
- Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining secure and scalable identity and access management service for customers
- Experience in leading end to end IAM solutions for large and complex customers
- Certification in Saviynt or SailPoint is desirable
