RPMGlobal (RPM) is looking for Software Engineers to join our Asset Management software development team. The positions are permanent full-time roles based in our Sydney/Brisbane CBD office.
RPM’s AMT Asset Maintenance Software is used to manage or track over 50% of the world’s large mining equipment and is the only maintenance solution that dynamically links to life-cycle costing and strategy. AMT provides accurate life-cycle positions and optimizes maintenance strategies using Dynamic Life Cycle Costing (DLCC). DLCC constantly updates using actual events and real-time condition data to generate a forward-looking, life-cycle view of an asset.
The development environment is based in Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, and Git, supplemented with components and productivity tools such as Confluence and the Dev Express Suite.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce high quality software code.
- Undertake analysis, testing and troubleshooting.
- Document and support RPM’s software solutions.
- Meet software quality standards and corporate objectives.
About You
- Strong professional development experience with C# / .Net and WinForms.
- Strong T-SQL experience using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Previously worked in an agile development environment.
- Experience contributing to large-scale software projects.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Strong command of the English language in both verbal and written form.
- Legally entitled to work in Australia.
