The Software License Analyst provides assurance to our clients that Leidos is effectively tracking and managing the usage of their software within the boundaries of their licensing commitments.

Duties
- Maintain a register of all purchased software licences and associated licence agreements within the ServiceNow CMS.
- Collection, compilation, analysis, and presentation of Software License related information to our client.
- Provide license compliance status and advice to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and support of our clients Software Asset Management capability.
- Assisting projects with the procurement of the correct software and license requirements.
- Undertake / Manage regular audits of the CMS for Software Asset item data to identify all instances of installed/in use licenced software.
- Develop and implement processes to remediate non-compliance and ensure the database reflects the production environment.
- Work with Stakeholders on licence optimisation of installed/in use software.
- Ongoing improvement of the Software Asset Management processes.
