At FlowCentric Technologies you will be surrounded by remarkable people who will challenge you, support you, and inspire you to be extraordinary. Software Solutions Architect is a Microsoft full-stack developer, who will be required to design, develop, test, and deliver high-quality web applications and solutions for our clients. The function requires working onsite with clients and/or remotely.

At least 5 years of Microsoft software development experience is required. Must have work rights in Australia and be based in the Perth region.

Key Responsibilities

This role will require you to:

  • Consult and document business requirements, priorities, and needs of an organization's customers, intermediaries, and suppliers.
  • Apply best practice processes to design optimal processes for clients applying industry experience, best practices, and governance inclusive.
  • Identify, understand, document, and assess the business processes to be re-engineered.
  • Design user interfaces using C#, MVC Razor, Blazor and JavaScript using MS SQL Server databases.
  • Develop customised solutions and integration to 3rd party applications.
  • Experience using Microsoft Technology Stack C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MS SQL Server
  • Build and deploy custom Business Process Management Solutions utilizing the FlowCentric Framework
  • Execute and effectively follow and manage the Implementation methodology in line with the SDLC.
  • Evaluate requirements and provide the best possible solutions, do workshops with clients, document outcomes through Mapping clients' processes, using FlowCentric’s modelling tool and delivering on the requirements.
  • Do basic project management including managing own work related to a project plan and milestones. Configure, develop & test solutions.
  • Communication/workshop/presentations with client to meet the customer's expectations.
  • Provide post-implementation support as per SLA.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Suitable bachelor’s degree or Diploma i.e. Information Technology, Informatics or related area of study
  • 5 + years’ experience with software design and development on a Windows platform
  • Database systems (T-SQL, Database Intelligence, Database Administration)
  • .Net, C#, MVC / Razor, Blazor Java Script, Angular
  • SQL Server
  • Proven background in enterprise application design and implementation
  • Experience in developing real-time transaction processing applications.
  • Integration experience using Web Services and DLLs
  • ERP system experience (advantageous)
  • BPM /Workflow (advantageous)

  • Database design, ding, optimisation, and maintenance
  • Technical setup, implementation, and systems knowledge
  • Complex modelling techniques, technical writing

  • Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in software development
  • Minimum of 2 years of consultancy experience 
  • Implementation Methodologies and Best Practices is a must have.
  • Proven track record in Optimization projects and Re-engineering
  • Solid experience in BPM (Business Process Management) and BPR (Business Process Re-engineering)
  • Industry experience related to the Mining and Mining Services, Construction and Construction Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing industries.
  • Proficient in English
