OVERVIEW
As a Software Support Finance Specialist, you will be working with administration teams at independent schools across Australia to support their Finance and Payroll function and help schools get the most from their investment in core business systems. Naturally, you will be provided training in the TASS software and join a team of like-minded, high-calibre customer care professionals!

ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing email and phone support for finance and payroll related products to customers.
- Triaging and managing enquiries including recording activity on each case through a case management system.
- Troubleshooting, issue investigation/diagnosis and resolution.
- Creation of bug reports and software testing.
- Actively learning and becoming an expert in the TASS.web and portal software solution.
- Assisting with content creation for self-service resources and EOFY processes.
- Taking incoming customer support calls and logging requests.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong understanding of accounts and accounting ledgers.
- Experience in an accounts role.
- Experience or exposure to web-based finance products e.g., Xero, QuickBooks.
- Confident with using new technology.
- Possesses excellent problem solving and trouble shooting skills.
- Demonstrated, methodical approach to issue diagnosis.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptionally good approach to customer service.
- School accounts experience, with or without TASS.web Finance and/or Payroll exposure would be highly regarded.

Starting salary for the successful applicant will be commensurate with the applicant's current skill level.
