The primary functions of the successful candidate will be:
- Technical and application support via phone and email
- Pro-active monitoring of On-Premise and Cloud-based environments
- Knowledge Base Article Management
- Client Training and Support
- On-Premise and Cloud Deployments
- Opportunity to work with SQL, PowerShell, Bicep and related technologies
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with all flavours of Microsoft Windows (both Client & Server)
- Windows Clustering/Load Balancing experience
- Basic network troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft SQL Server an advantage
- Familiarity with providing remote support and troubleshooting
- Service Desk experience – ZenDesk

Required attributes/skills:
- Radiology workflow experience highly beneficial

- The ability to work on-call as needed
- Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, DICOM and IHE beneficial.
