About the role
- You will be working for an industry-leading, Australian software and technology company with opportunities to grow, develop new skills, and move throughout the company
- Full-time positions with immediate start available
- We have day, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts available

What key responsibilities does this role have?
- Develop knowledge of the Z Software system with respect to new features and the ever changing pharmacy landscape
- Utilise software knowledge and pharmacy experience to show users how to get the most out of the software
- Configure and set up the software to meet the needs of different pharmacies across Australia
- Log detailed support tickets that explain the issues our pharmacies come across and what was done to assist them
- Opportunity to travel to pharmacies across the country to install the software and train pharmacy staff
Ideal background…
- Tech savvy people with experience in the pharmacy industry which includes pharmacists, pharmacy assistants or anyone that has worked for similar pharmacy software companies
- 2+ yrs relevant customer support experience ideally within SaaS/tech business, or;
- We are looking for customer-focused and people-first Support Technicians to continue our growth
