- Provide exceptional Level 2 technical support to clients.
- Monitor and manage support requests promptly and effectively.
- Execute data migrations, mergers, and system acquisitions.
- Conduct new site installations, updates, and system re-configurations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to support and rollout activities.
- Be in our office with the team 5 days a week: 9.00am to 5.30pm.
- Need to be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
You Have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in IT software support.
- Proficiency in time management, meeting deadlines, and following procedures.
- The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Windows, MS Office Products.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously
