1. **Test Analysts:**

• As a Test Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in the software development life cycle, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
• Responsibilities include test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
• **Pay:** $85 per hour, including superannuation.

2. **Automation Test Analysts:**

• If you have a knack for automating testing tasks and expertise in tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar, we want to hear from you!
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline.

**Pay:** $100 per hour, including superannuation.
3. **Performance Test Analysts:**

• Are you passionate about assessing system performance and ensuring scalability? Join us as a Performance Test Analyst!
• Design and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies is a must.

**Pay:** $85 per hour, including superannuation.
4. **Test Managers:**

• As a Test Manager, lead and mentor a team of testing professionals to deliver high-quality software.
• Develop test strategies, manage test plans, and coordinate testing activities across projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are key to success in this role.

**Pay:** $100 per hour, including superannuation.
**Qualifications for all positions:**

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in Software Testing and quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
