Steadfast Solar is a South Australian Christian Faith based family business and leading provider in the Solar Industry across South Australia, specializing in rooftop solar and battery solutions for Residential and Commercial customers.

We do not “just sell solar." We want to make sure that we are providing the right advice and that we provide the right solutions to our customers.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Residential Solar Sales Representative, to join and grow our existing Sales Team. You will be engaging directly with homeowners, in their homes, and helping them understand the benefits and potential savings of switching to solar power.
You will be provided with Leads and/or set appointments, so you need to be a passionate and motivated individual who can effectively communicate the value of solar energy and provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of the customer, while meeting with them, in their home.
We have an experienced and capable lead generation team, which generate an abundance of Leads/ Appointments, for you to meet with and sell to.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Customers: Conduct in-house consultations to assess customer needs and explain our solar products and services.
Present Solar Solutions: Communicate/ present the features, advantages, and benefits of our solar solutions. Educate customers on solar technology, system design, financing options, and governmental incentives.
To Sell: To sell Solar Systems
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in the Solar Industry.
- Strong understanding of the Solar industry.
- Honesty, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and calculate customer savings and return on investment from solar savings.
- Current driver’s license and ability to travel to meet with clients/ personal car needed.
Pay/ Remuneration
- There are Two (2) Salary Options
- $1,000.00 Per Week Gross Salary + $50 Per Kilowatt Commision
or
2. Straight $100 Per Kilowatt Commission
Note: Our average Solar System size sold is 11 Kilowatts per home
