Role: General Practice
Dates: 18th - 20th June
Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830 – 1700 with lunch from 1300 – 1400.
After Hours / on-call: None.
Consult Time / Patient Load: 15-minute consults. Current GPs are seeing 26 patients per day on average.
Billing: Mixed Billing Practice. Pensioners, Veterans Affairs and Health Care Card holders are bulk billed.
Software: Medical Director
Staff: This is a solo role and you will work alongside the Practice Manager, two friendly receptionists and the Practice Nurse for support.
Pay: $1,800 flat rate per day + GST
Provisions: Flights or mileage, accommodation and hire / fleet car provided.
Reason for vacancy: The clinic’s full-time GP (the practice owner) would like a few weeks off to attend to family matters.
