About the job:
Solution Architect will provide technical leadership and architectural design for a key customer service transformation project focusing on self-service solutions using chatbots, voice bots and generative AI. Solution Architect is expected to develop and own the end-to-end Solution Architecture for projects. The work for this position occurs throughout the entire project lifecycle. Its is not a people management role.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Outstanding socialisation, written and verbal communication skills, as well as a curious, ability to respectfully challenge and capable of communicating with both internal and external stakeholders including solution vendors, customers and business GMs as required.
- Experience in technical architecture, design, infrastructures.
- Experience in solution architecture for contact centre systems requiring integration of applications on multiple platforms and a focus on automation solutions using chatbots, voice-bots and the application of Generative AI.
- Experience in Google Cloud Platform, Conversational AI, Genesys Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud highly desirable.
