Restaurant Botanic is synonymous with many accolades- holding the only 3 Hat status in South Australia, Gourmet Travellers Australia Restaurant of the Year 2023, AGFG 19 points out of 20 and a 3 Goblet wine list. Our focus is on developing an exceptional, everchanging, and industry-defining food and beverage program. Our dining room team is a hands-on role that sees involvement in many facets of the restaurant and beverage program.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to consistently support the evolution of Restaurant Botanic, build on their knowledge of premium, native ingredients, and most importantly grow as a professional through many avenues.
What are we looking for?
• Minimum 3 years of Premium Wine & Beverage Experience
• Experience in a Hatted venue
• Exceptional food and beverage service skills are essential
• WSET certificates desirable
• Full-time availability
• Effective planning and time management skills
• Interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of food and beverage service with a desire to continue their development.
