Your new role
Delivering and executing all aspects of end-to-end process design and delivery, from ideation and initial process problem-solving through to procedure amendments
You'll support the Process Design Manager in their governance capacity to ensure the Bank's procedure architecture is maintained and governed effectively, realise benefits and avoid incidents
Support the process optimisation efforts from strategic programs of work through to task-level tactical improvements, collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders to streamline procedures
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in procedure writing and/or process design, process improvement or operational excellence, preferably within Financial Services
Experience in roles requiring high levels of stakeholder influence, presentation, and collaboration
Experience in compliance-based initiatives
