Reporting to the Senior Sourcing Advisor you will primarily be responsible for delivering value to the business. The outlook of this position is both internal and external, and you will foster and facilitate collaboration between suppliers and your internal customers. You will negotiate with suppliers to achieve best outcomes for the company in regards to quality, delivery, service & price, managing contract implementation and ongoing performance. Internally, you will garner support to review opportunities and deliver value improvements to the business.

Primary Accountabilities
- Adding value through commercial negotiation processes ensuring ongoing performance of the supplier and value delivery
- Develop and maintain supply and service agreements
- Investigate opportunities for cost reduction and/ or increased service life of goods
- Build and maintain relationships internally and externally
- Contribute to the team’s success
- Continuously maintain customer focus
- Relevant experience in a similar role in purchasing or supply or willing to learn
- Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment desirable
- Materials Management System experience – preferably SAP
- Facilitate cross functional team reviews
- Proven negotiation and analytical skills
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Legal/contract experience desirable
