Join our client's team as a Sourcing Specialist. You'll collaborate closely with the Project Delivery team to optimise the procurement processes for our diverse projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement from sourcing to award.
- Develop sourcing strategies for various project phases.
- Manage sourcing activities and contract negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely procurement activities.
- Facilitate handover to Contracts Specialist post-award.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Business, Law, Engineering or Supply Chain and/or extensive relevant experience within a similar role.
- Strong Stakeholder management and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated negotiation and collaboration experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commercial acumen.
- Min 5 yrs procurement and contract management experience.
- Commitment to professionalism and customer service
