We offer experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations in the Red Centre in the Northern Territory and at Mossman Gorge in Tropical North Queensland.
ABOUT THE ROLE/S
Working in our Red Ochre Spa, as a Spa Therapist or Spa Supervisor, you will be working in a beautiful, tranquil surrounding that evokes the essence of Australia's Red Centre and one of the world's most beautiful natural environments. We provide a range of signature therapies that mirror the balanced beauty of Uluru including advanced skin care formulations and professional spa therapies, unique massage sequences and power-boosting facials awakening the senses.
We use the Payot advanced skincare formulations and professional Spa Therapies to indulge our guests.
Our Spa Supervisor role, like the Spa Therapist, is a hands-on role working on treatments with guests, as well as assisting the Spa Manager with day-to-day operations.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage Therapy (completed)
- Confidence and experience in massage, facials body treatments, waxing
- Min 1 year Day Spa experience (Spa Therapist)
- Min 3 years Day Spa experience (Spa Supervisor)
- Our most popular treatments all include massage so you will need to have strong skills in (and enjoy) massage
- To be eligible to work at Ayers Rock Resort you will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- A National Criminal History Check is a mandatory step in the recruitment process
Hours:
- Full time
- 7-day roster, 8am – 7pm (7.6 hours per shift)
**Additionally, we have a range of other roles available if you’re wanting to work more and earn more. For example, you could work a day shift as a Spa Therapist / Spa Supervisor and work a night or weekend shift as a waitress, bartender, cleaner, retail assistant…the list goes on! Remuneration:
- Spa Therapist: $30.75 per hour
- Spa Supervisor: $34.31 per hour
WE OFFER YOU:
- $700 relocation assistance – we will fund costs towards flights/petrol for your move
- On site accommodation available for you (this could also include your partner) which is heavily subsidised. Prices range from approximately $200 - $450 per week (depending on availability as well as your requirements)
- You won’t need a car on site, however there is free parking available. Everything you need is within walking distance (grocery shops, Primary School and Day care, coffee shops etc.), there is also a free Resort bus and a company car which you can borrow

- 4 weeks annual leave (this can be taken in up to 2-week blocks)
- A long-term unrestricted contract
- You can start working within 5 days of arriving or less: Our unique induction program includes an Anangu guided tour around Uluru and a cultural dot painting workshop. In your spare time you can explore the Red Centre and have genuine, enriching experiences in one-of-a-kind destinations.
