About the role:
- Provide consistent professional spa and beauty treatments with care, awareness of time management, working within a supportive team and being compliant with spa processes and procedures.
- Ability to work easily with both male and female clients from all backgrounds and ages, dealing equally well with any guest limitations or ailments with certainty and care.
- Perform all spa treatments with confidence with every guest leaving feeling their best, recommend suitable retail/homecare advice following with regular rebooking's, in addition to supporting programs, promotions, and/or discounts obtainable as requested by Mindil Beach Casino Resort.
- Most importantly, sharing our team's passion of creating bespoke and unforgettable guest spa experiences.
About you:
- Certificate IV or Diploma of Beauty or Spa Therapy
- Minimum 2 years' spa experience or similar establishment, experience in a hotel/resort spa environment preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work from 10am - 6pm, Thursday through till Sunday and flexibility for additional days where required.
- Provide amazing customer service and pride in your work that always keeps the customer at the heart of what you do.
- Capacity to learn quickly, adapt to any situation and make educated decisions.
