Space & Timetabling Administrator

• Based at our Box Hill Campus
• Part-time, ongoing position at 0.6 FTE
• PACCT 4 - $62,687 per annum (exclusive of superannuation)

About the role:The Space & Timetabling Administrator provides a range of timetable construction and alterations across all sites to ensure accurate student timetables, teaching loads, and utilisation of spaces. This role supports the efficient allocation and recording of room bookings, conducts training in and provides access to Celcat, tests new software features, and ensures effective utilisation of Institute resources. The Space & Timetabling Administrator is a key member of the Infrastructure Team and works closely with teaching areas to create and maintain student timetables while consideringthe needs of room hirers and ad hoc room use.This position is based at Box Hill but is expected to work in the CBD, Lilydale and across any campus as required.About You:

• Demonstrated experience within a similar role and/or related qualification
• Demonstrated experience in timetabling using timetabling software such as Celcat.
• Experience in providing high-level customer care in an administrative role.
• Strong Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills; establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with all stakeholders
• Experience navigating databases and timetable software as well as intermediate knowledge of MS suite
• Ability to provide project support when required
