A leading Australian manufacturer, specialising in heavy rig frames, is seeking a Spare Parts & Repairs Coordinator to join their team in Dandenong. This role is perfect for those who appreciate the value of tradition and seek stability in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient coordination and sale of Spare Parts and repair services
• Serve as a conduit between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery
• Generate accurate quotes for Spare Parts and repairs, catering to walk-in customers, phone, and email enquiries
• Manage stock, including picking and dispatching parts, with a readiness to handle goods up to 10kg
• Support the Manager in various capacities, including documentation and onsite assessments in their absence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a background in Spare Parts, sales admin support, or a similar role and enjoys variety in their day (approx. 2 years is more than enough)!
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a traditional heavy-manufacturing environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, building trust through efficient customer interactions
• Physically capable of handling occasional lifting tasks and committed to upholding safety standards within a manufacturing setting.
