With more than two decades of experience in the industry, our client specialises in sales, parts, and services for top global brands of industrial diesel engines, generators and accessories. Their offerings range from basic servicing to extensive engine rebuilds as well as parts.

We are in search of an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter and a Junior Spare Parts Interpreter who will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the Spare Parts division located in Minchinbury
 

The Roles:

• Providing workshop/internal parts support and servicing technicians' parts requests as needed.
• Responding to customer inquiries, identifying parts, and dispatching them promptly.
• Ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding quotations and purchase orders.
• Undertaking any other reasonable duties as assigned.

Experienced Interpreter Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in Spare Parts interpretation and sourcing.
• Outstanding communication abilities and adeptness in both team collaboration and independent work.
• Highly motivated, organised, and self-driven, with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Possesses a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication  both written and verbal as well as great interpersonal skills
• Proficient in parts interpreting and knowledgeable about parts Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) systems.
• Thrives in a dynamic team setting and upholds an outstanding work ethic.
• Possesses excellent attention to detail and adept at data analysis.

Junior Interpreter Essential Requirements:

• Outstanding communication abilities and adeptness in both team collaboration and independent work.
• Highly motivated, organised, and self-driven, with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Possesses a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication  both written and verbal as well as great interpersonal skills
• Thrives in a dynamic team setting and upholds an outstanding work ethic.
• Possesses excellent attention to detail and adept at data analysis.
• Ability to navigate and learn systems quickly
• Holds a forklift license

Desirable:

• Familiarity with the material handling industry.
