Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
The eCommerce Operations is integral in optimizing and running Crocs online initiatives and strategies at an executional level, support with the planning, execution, reporting, and day to day tasks associated with the digital business. They will assist across all pieces of the business including Australia and Singapore .com direct to consumer website as well as etail and marketplaces.
Tasks include managing the daily calendar, reporting, supporting with daily forecasting and distribution center communications, product listings and data entry, purchase order management, administrative tasks, ecommerce reporting, and creative asset briefing amongst others.
This role will be highly collaborative, working closely with the etail/marketplace, marketing, onsite, finance, and merchandising teams. It's an excellent role for someone who wants exposure across the entire ecommerce business.
This role will also play a lead role in implementing the B2B programs in Singapore and Australia, working with various partners and businesses to drive incremental revenue.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support in day to day onsite campaign execution as needed.
  • Support with ecommerce marketing operations.
  • Manage finance processes, including PO creation, goods receipt, and accruals.
  • Manage daily campaign calendar.
  • Briefing and reviewing creative assets for marketing and onsite campaigns.
  • Liaising with distribution center on order-related issues and planning.
  • Supporting operational rollout of various local operational projects with support of global operations team.
  • Assisting with product setup and campaigns on marketplace and etail platforms.
  • Manage daily go to market launch calendar and daily sales and promotion reporting.
  • Support weekly reporting for onsite performance, promotion reporting and product.
  • Support user testing in implementing new tools/UX and provide timely feedback to improve user experience.
  • Other ecommerce administrative tasks as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in business or a related discipline preferred.
  • 1-2 years of online retail experience with experience in workflow, project and vendor management.
  • Candidates with online or offline retail experience preferred.
  • Experience in using ecommerce platforms (ie adobe analytics, salesforce commerce cloud) preferred.
  • Self-starter, ability to operate resourcefully and autonomously after initial training.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze & synthesize information and recommend actions.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members effectively and strive toward a unified vision.
  • Occasional travel to regional offices and/or conferences.
