Job Overview:

Your role extends beyond traditional facilitation; you will play a key role in optimising training processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive, safe working environment. Additionally, you will provide customised corporate training as needed, ensuring professional development aligns with nationally accredited qualifications and bespoke workshops. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Professional Development:

  • Provide accurate and high-quality professional development for client groups, covering both nationally recognised qualifications and customised corporate workshops.
  • Ensure participants' progress is monitored, and follow-up on assessment submissions to facilitate qualification completion.

Assessment and Compliance:

  • Mark all student assessments for facilitated programs, adhering to Quality & Compliance reporting processes.
  • Engage in regular internal and external client meetings, contributing to compliance discussions.

Optimise Training Processes:

  • Collaborate with CEOs to optimise training processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver training solutions that comply with business and qualification regulations.

Support and Collaboration:

  • Support the CEO – Business Services & Business team as required.
  • Engage with participants, fostering progress and commitment to professional development.
  • Participate in exploratory discussions with CEOs to enhance facilitation strategies in line with unit/qualification guidelines.

Administrative Duties:

  • Adhere to company policies, including attendance, business hours, and uniform code.
  • Perform assigned tasks promptly and communicate any business concerns to CEOs positively and promptly.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Liaise with CEOs to share department and client information regularly.
  • Respond to emails, website inquiries, and telephone queries promptly, adhering to set timelines.

Health and Safety:

  • Take reasonable care to protect the health and safety of others.
  • Promote a safe working environment and adhere to safe systems of work.

Customer Service:

  • Provide timely and professional customer service to both external and internal customers.

Property and Confidentiality:

  • Ensure that all training and assessment resources and client information remain the property of Time Education & Training.
  • Adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and commercial-in-confidence policies.

This role demands a commitment to excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in delivering training and professional development. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining a positive and safe working environment while fostering effective communication within the organisation.

Technical and Specialist Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

Essential

  • Hold the appropriate Training and Assessment qualification as described in the Standards for Registered Training Organisation 2015 – Schedule 1 and currency in practice to within the past 2 years
  • Proven successful experience in training and assessment in qualifications from Certificate III & IV to Diploma in “Leadership & Management” and “WHS”
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite
  • Good organisational, planning and problem solving skills
  • A high level of work priorities and time management
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication
  • Strong bottom line orientation and ability to effectively manage financial expenditure
  • A high level of drive, discipline, creativity and motivation
  • Ability to manage and work cohesively in a team environment
