The Opportunity
- Cultivate meaningful progressive relationships with key prescribers in the Women's Health market including Endocrinologists, Urologists, Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in WA/SA
- Work in close collaboration with primary care team as they seek specialist endorsement
- Build specialist endorsement through sales promotion, medical education, support programs and projects and advocacy for optimal patient well-being
- Champion excellence in customer experience and patient outcomes while representing the company products and services
- Achieve or exceed sales targets of allocated territory/product(s) by developing new business with existing and potential clients
- Identify, develop and mobilize Regional and National KOL’s to ensure maximum appropriate use of the company portfolio
- Develop territory plans and execute sales and marketing programs in line with brand strategies within the territory, using multichannel resources including F2F sales calls to engage key Endocrinologists, Obstetricians & Gynecologists
- Relevant tertiary qualifications are essential
- 3 to 4 years minimum experience as a specialist / hospital representative within the pharmaceutical industry essential
- Ideally existing relationships within the Women's Health, endocrinology or Obstetrics / Gynae market
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility-a willingness to deal with change and ambiguity
- Achievement orientation–commit to results and facing challenges
- Maintain performance under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and establish a trusting, professional and supportive relationships with people at all level
- Ability to strive for both individual and team goals
- Ability to travel across WA/SA
